Winston Elliott joins Lockton Dunning Benefits in the Gulf Coast region

Because Lockton grew more than 27% in FY 2022, with revenue of over $2.6 billion and an astounding 97% client retention rate, Winston is perfectly positioned to help take Lockton’s clients to the next level of success. Lockton prioritizes its stakeholders, its clients, its Associates, and the communities in which Lockton Associates work and live. Winston’s role will be consistent with the values that Lockton holds close. These duties include assisting companies in developing and implementing people-centered strategies that drive engagement, retention, and meaningful results for both employers and employees throughout Houston and beyond. In addition, Winston will introduce new employers to LDB’s advanced medical and actuary teams. LDB’s industry-leading physicians, nurses, actuaries, and world-class client service teams are positioned to help Houston-based companies improve the lives of their employees, while employers can improve their bottom line.

Winston brings an impressive background to LDB, including a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from the University of Georgia, a Master of Business Administration from Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University, and a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization (MSTC) from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. In addition, he served as a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army from 2009 to 2015, which included advisory and leadership duties in multiple countries.

Winston’s professional background includes working in human capital and employee benefits at Gallagher and in strategy and M&A at KPMG US, giving him a diverse array of experience to draw from in his new position at LDB.

Winston and his family reside in Houston, where his volunteer positions include Chair for the Roundtable Young Professionals at Rice University’s Baker Institute and working with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
