Lockton Companies, the world’s largest privately held independent insurance brokerage and consulting firm announced today that Shannon Boyle has been hired as the new leader of its Global People Solutions Practice in the US.

As Practice Leader, Boyle will be responsible for management of the People Solutions Lockton provides to meet the specific needs of multinational clients. She will lead Lockton account teams across the US. The Global People Solutions Practice helps multinational employers engage their employees, attract, and retain talent, and discover competitive business advantages—all while aligning a global benefits strategy with local relevance and best-in-class execution.

Boyle has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, having led teams worldwide and regions that focused on Puerto Rico, Latin America and Europe. She began her career working in healthcare financial consulting and has extensive experience designing target operating models, client-facing technology solutions, and acting as the strategic lead for large multinational companies that use a global benefits management model. Along with her husband of 30 years, Boyle makes her home in Puerto Rico, where they raised two children.
