A new law (Law 7 of 14 February 2018), which enters into force on 16 May 2018, prohibits sexual harassment, bullying, racism and discriminatory practices and requires employers to implement appropriate procedures to process and resolve complaints. Employers should also implement an investigation process for complaints covered under the new law.
