Despite a challenging year, the hard work and accomplishments of the Lockton Retirement practice were recognized with multiple industry awards. The National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), The Financial Times, and Investment News all placed spotlights on the
Lockton team’s expertise, diverse perspectives, and commitment to exceeding expectations, those qualities that keep Lockton Retirement Services such an exemplary organization.
This quarter, four Lockton Retirement advisors were recognized as future leaders of the retirement plan advisor industry. The ACES (opens a new window) list, formally known as the NAPA Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40, acknowledged Carly Bell, Michael Duckett, Courtney Stroope, and Christian Thomas for their exemplary performance and expertise in the industry.
NAPA also recognized Julie Babcock, Carly Bell, Deana Calvelli, and Courtney Stroope on their significant contributions to the retirement industry and excellence in the profession. These four women were named 2020 Top Women Advisors (opens a new window).
The Financial Times 401(k)Top Retirement Plan Advisors (opens a new window) recognized elite advisors of defined
contribution plans in 2020. Top advisors were assessed based on several factors including defined contribution assets under management, growth rate, specialization, experience, certifications, and compliance record. Nine Lockton advisors made this list: Glenn Able, Rob Andrew, Gregg Fine, Steve Kjar, Doug Morris, Dan Nemmers, Fred Rutler, Thomas Simonson, and Courtney Stroope.
Finally, Investment News’ Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion Awards (opens a new window) named Lockton Retirement Services an Outstanding Practice for boosting organizational diversity. “The more diverse our teams are, the better positioned we are to have empathy and understanding for our clients,” said Pam Popp, President of Lockton Retirement Services. “And when we work to elicit the unique voices of our Lockton Associates, we can leverage that understanding to
develop meaningful solutions.”
