Lockton has officially moved into two new campuses in North Texas. The brokerage will occupy 100,000 square feet at Victory Commons One and more than 50,000 square feet at Granite Park Six for its nearly 600 associates based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Completed in 2022 and located in Dallas’ Victory Park, the 15-story Class AA Victory Commons One features a 1-acre landscaped park, a 4,000-square-foot private tenant lounge, a fitness center and a 5,000-square-foot sky garden on the seventh floor.

Situated in West Plano, Granite Park Six opened in 2023. Amenities in the 19-story Class AA building include a market cafe, a 150-seat lecture hall, three conference centers, a gym and a golf simulator.
