Lockton, the world's largest privately held independent insurance brokerage, has appointed Vince Gaffigan to lead its U.S. Casualty practice as the company continues to invest in casualty solutions for clients navigating an increasingly complex risk environment.
With more than 30 years of casualty experience, Gaffigan brings deep industry trust and expertise, longstanding market relationships, and a proven track record of solving client challenges. He has held several leadership positions across Lockton's business and has played a key role in advancing market engagement.
Gaffigan will partner closely with Jessica Cullen, whose leadership role is expanding as Executive Vice President, U.S. Casualty - Excess & Product Solutions. Together, they will focus on advancing product innovation, analytics, claims advisory, and technical expertise to help clients make more informed risk decisions and achieve successful outcomes.
"Lockton's continued investment in casualty reflects both the importance of the business and the opportunity ahead of us," said Devin Beresheim, Lockton's U.S. Risk Solutions Leader. "Vince's leadership experience, combined with Jessica's technical expertise and vision for the business, will help us respond more quickly to changing market conditions, deepen our capabilities, and deliver even greater value to our clients."
"This is an important first step, not the last one," said Tim Ryan, Lockton’s U.S. President. "Our casualty business continues to grow, and we see significant opportunity to build on that momentum. Vince and Jessica will partner closely with casualty teams across the country to enhance our capabilities, drive innovation, and deliver a differentiated client experience across our casualty offerings."
