Lockton Dunning continues expanding and welcomes new vice president, Cliff Favors

Lockton Dunning is thrilled to announce that Cliff Favors is joining the company as Vice President, focusing on people solutions. With Lockton’s recent announcement of 27% growth in FY 2022, with $2.69 billion in revenue and a 97% client retention rate, Cliff joins the team during a time of extraordinary growth. He will be instrumental in assisting Lockton Dunning’s Gulf Coast region clients grow their bottom line while improving the lives of their employee populations.

Lockton Dunning is passionate about supporting its Associates, clients, and communities, and Cliff’s expertise reflects those values. As an industry leader, Cliff has over 15 years of experience developing and implementing organizational people strategies that include planning, coordinating, and managing benefits programs; supervising operations and resources; as well as promoting company missions and values.

Cliff’s impressive professional experience includes working as a Benefits Consultant for Gallagher and a Business Development Consultant with Johnson & Johnson. As a former U.S. Army officer, Cliff was a leader and mentor, and he spearheaded process improvements to cut costs and improve project timelines. Cliff also works with veteran groups throughout the greater Houston area. He helps connect veteran entrepreneurs with funding for startups and is involved in outreach to various support groups.

Cliff has an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business and a BS degree in political science with a concentration in policy from Florida Southern College.
