Lockton, the world’s largest privately held, independent insurance brokerage, has appointed Jules Okai as Global Solutions Practice Leader for the U.S. She will lead the firm’s U.S. Global Solutions Practice, overseeing strategy, talent development, and service delivery for multinational clients with complex cross‑border risk needs.
Okai’s appointment highlights Lockton’s continued investment in global capabilities and its commitment to aligning leadership with the evolving needs of multinational clients operating in an increasingly regulated, geopolitical, and interconnected risk environment.

Okai, who joined Lockton in 2021, has 20 years of experience advising multinational organizations and leading highly effective teams. She has been instrumental in elevating Lockton’s global offering, innovating solutions for clients, and strengthening alignment between global teams, most recently as the Global Solutions Practice Leader in the western U.S.
