Lockton, the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage, is pleased to announce a new leadership appointment, supporting the continued growth of its People Solutions business. Robert Reiff has rejoined Lockton as a Regional Executive, People Solutions, bringing deep expertise in addressing the evolving needs of clients related to leave, absence management, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
In this new role, Reiff will work to align priorities with local leaders, accelerate go-to-market strategies, foster innovation, and drive growth across the People Solutions business. He will be especially focused on leave and absence as employees increasingly seek generous leave policies, leading to higher costs for employers.
Reiff brings more than 30 years of leadership and distribution experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. As part of the national People Solutions leadership, he will help enable the delivery of Lockton’s deep expertise to clients, manage relationships with key carrier partners, guide practice-level investment decisions, and ensure the alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Reiff is no stranger to Lockton, having previously served in executive leadership positions including President of Lockton’s previous U.S. Employee Benefits Practice and Chief Operating Officer of the St. Louis office. During his prior tenure, he played a key role in expanding Lockton’s presence and driving consistent double-digit revenue growth.

Most recently, Reiff served as Chief Revenue Officer at Soluta Inc., where he led revenue development, channel partner strategy, and go-to-market efforts for its technology-enabled employee benefits solutions. He also held senior roles at Lincoln Financial Group and The Hartford, consistently delivering strong growth and operational performance.
