Lockton Companies, the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage and consulting firm, today announced the acquisition of Benefits Communication Insourcing (BCI), a move that reinforces Lockton’s commitment to delivering tailored employee experiences and advanced benefits strategies for clients. This acquisition aligns with Lockton's vision to provide unmatched expertise and resources to meet the evolving needs of businesses and their workforce.

The acquisition of BCI transitions full ownership to Lockton shareholders while maintaining seamless service and continuity for clients. Lockton and BCI were already in an ownership agreement, highlighted by shared values and a dedication to creating solutions that empower organizations and enhance employee wellbeing.

With this acquisition, Lockton strengthens its ability to design and implement innovative employee benefits strategies. Clients will benefit from:

Terms of the deal will not be disclosed. Subject to the completion of regulatory approvals and other conditions, the parties expect the deal to close before the end of the year.
