Lockton, the world's largest independent insurance brokerage, is pleased to announce that Josh Korzon has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Northeast, effective August 6, 2024. Korzon succeeds Tim Ryan, who has been appointed as the company’s U.S. President.
As Northeast COO, Josh will partner with leadership to drive growth, recruit the best and brightest people, and empower the team to deliver unparalleled client service. He will guide business operations for one of the most dynamic markets in the country with offices in Boston, MA; Portland, ME; West Hartford and Norwalk, CT; New York, NY; Philadelphia and Blue Bell, PA; Washington, DC; and McLean, VA.
“For nearly a decade, Josh has directed our client engagement strategy, collaborated on the development of our vision for the future, and was key to implementing it across the region. I am confident that his knowledge and expertise will further guide our success,” said Tim Ryan.
Korzon, a 20-year veteran of the insurance industry, has been an integral member of the Northeast leadership team and has played a pivotal role in the region’s success.
