Lockton welcomes Gene Douglass as a Producer to its global firm’s Memphis office. In this role, Douglass will be responsible for developing client relationships, collaborating with service teams, and advise global businesses on human capital and risk management strategies.

Most recently, Douglass was the Vice President of Kemmons Wilson Insurance Group. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Management from the University of Mississippi. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, coaching the sports teams of his three kids, and rooting for the Memphis Grizzlies and Ole Miss athletics.
