Lockton, the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage, is pleased to announce that Ben Beauvais joined the company’s Northeast region as the new Construction Practice Leader.
In this role, Beauvais manages the Northeast Construction Team with offices in Boston, Hartford, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.,. He is responsible for refining, enhancing and facilitating the growth of Lockton’s construction expertise and bringing best-in-class resources to our clients.

With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Beauvais brings extensive profit-loss level leadership across a broad range of specialty insurance products. Prior to joining Lockton, Beauvais held the title of SVP, Field Operations, Construction Executive, at Liberty Mutual. He has also worked for Ironshore, AIG/AI Risk Specialists, and AIG/Lexington Insurance.
His experience includes working with renewable practice programs, both guaranteed-cost and loss-sensitive, alternative risk finance including captives, and project-specific placements, including owner- or contractor-controlled insurance programs. He also has extensive experience with specialty insurance, including Contractor’s Professional Liability, Owner’s Protective Professional Indemnity, Pollution and Builder’s Risk.
