Lockton’s sixth annual National Benefits Survey discusses the challenge facing employers: continue to offer competitive benefit programs to attract and retain talent while managing growing costs.

The 2024 Lockton Survey includes responses from more than 1,600 employers from a variety of industries and group sizes.
