Lockton Benefits Survey 2024
2024 Lockton National Benefits Survey
The 2024 Lockton Survey includes responses from more than 1,600 employers from a variety of industries and group sizes, with different philosophies and priorities as they look to offer competitive benefit programs while managing growing costs.
With a cooling labor market and broad economic factors including rising healthcare costs, employers are increasingly prioritizing reducing costs as a factor in making benefit decisions. Yet even as reducing costs is virtually on par with attracting and retaining talent as a priority, the survey shows that strategies employers are deploying tend to be more conservative.
Lockton’s sixth annual National Benefits Survey discusses the challenge facing employers: continue to offer competitive benefit programs to attract and retain talent while managing growing costs.
