Brought on as Senior Vice President and Unit Leader, Christenson brought the experience, clarity, and vision needed to strengthen the practice and elevate Lockton’s impact in the region. His leadership style immediately set the tone for what would become a period of rapid expansion.
With Christenson in place, the Minneapolis office began attracting top talent who saw the opportunity to continue to help build something meaningful. The practice quickly shifted from steady growth to intentional, accelerated expansion.
