What sort of support can I expect? 

You’ll have your very own client manager from day one. They’ll look after you, support you and act as your first point of call. And if they’re ill or on leave? Another team member steps in, so you’re never alone. You’ll also have access to our client portal – a safe and simple place to manage your policy and keep a handle on everything you need. 

Yes. We make sure your car’s covered for both work and personal use. There might be some occupations we’re unable to cover; please reach out to discuss.  

Your policy will be based on the cars you insure from when the policy began. If you change a vehicle, you might have to pay an additional premium. 

You’re insured to drive any other vehicle on a comprehensive basis, with the owner’s permission. The vehicle must be insured by its owner. There might be some circumstances where this isn’t possible but please reach out, we’re always happy to discuss. 

 

Agreed value cover is available for any vehicle, including brand-new. Reinstatement-based cover is available for vehicles that have had extensive restoration work undertaken. In both cases, there’s no extra cost to insure your vehicle. 

The policy covers you at and away from home, anywhere in Europe. The cover’s provided by Call Assist who provide a high standard of service, both in the UK and Europe.
