Oslo, 16 February 2026 – Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance broker, has appointed Dag Sandberg as Client Executive, Energy, Renewables and Complex Risk, for Lockton Norway.
Dag is based in Oslo, and the appointment is effective immediately. He will join our Energy, Renewables and Complex Risk team in Norway, working with Associates across the wider Nordic region and globally. Dag brings 40 years of experience in the industry. His expertise includes risk advisory services, claims handling, program design and placements for onshore and offshore risks, including operational, construction, and liability insurance.
Dag was previously with Aon for 11 years, most recently as Head of Energy & Construction for Aon Norway AS. Prior to that, he was Head of Insurance within the Aker group, serving between 1996 and 2014. He also spent time at If P&C Insurance.
