Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance broker, today announces that Sten Asmussen and Erik Ludvigsen will move from Lockton Denmark to Söderberg & Partners, a member of the Lockton Global Partnership Network. The transfer takes place with immediate effect and will see Söderberg & Partners acquire all pension-related activities from Lockton Denmark.  Söderberg & Partners will provide continuity to our People Solutions offering and clients.

Lockton Denmark has achieved significant growth in recent years, and it has bolstered its position as a leading risk and insurance advisor. Its focus remains general insurance and advisory work for corporate clients, problem solving for complex risks in highly specialised areas like Transactional Risk insurance and Professional and Financial Risk insurance. 

Söderberg & Partners has fortified and improved its Pension Management business. By bringing increased resources, expertise, and dedication to the field of Pension Management, Söderberg & Partners is determined to continue the high standard of service and quality that Lockton Denmark has provided to its clients. Lockton Denmark and Söderberg & Partners will ensure a smooth transition for clients affected.
