Lockton appoints Louis Grundy as Vice President of Strategic Sales in Denmark

Copenhagen, Denmark – Friday 12 August 2026: Lockton, the world's largest privately held, independent insurance brokerage, has appointed Louis Grundy as Vice President of Strategic Sales in Denmark, strengthening its commercial growth capabilities.

Louis’ primary responsibility is leading Lockton in Denmark's client acquisition and commercial growth strategy, supporting the firm's efforts to deliver value to both existing and new clients, with a particular focus on helping clients in the Large Corporate segment manage complex risks.

His appointment reflects Lockton's continued investment in experienced, growth-focused talent as the business seeks to strengthen its presence in the Danish market.

Louis brings nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry to the role. Prior to joining Lockton, he worked at If P&C Insurance as an Account Executive for Industrial Large and Complex Clients across the Nordic region and served as a Property Underwriter for the Nordic region at Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty.
