What is the minimum number of employees required to enroll in MediLock?

MediLock is available for companies with a minimum of 3 up to 100 employees. Eligible principals must be 18 to 65 years old.

•MediLock offers comprehensive healthcare coverage, including: Annual Physical Examination (APE), Executive Check-Up (ECU), Wellness Programs, Outpatient Care, Inpatient Care, Preventive Healthcare, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Procedures, Emergency Care, Maternity Benefits, Dental Benefits & Group Life Insurance.

Step 1: Submit your selected plan details and active employee list

Step 2: Wait for the COC issuance and instructions to access the online platform

Step 3: Schedule an orientation through Lockton

Yes. Employees may enroll qualified dependents such as spouses and children. The cost varies depending on the selected plan and coverage level. Lockton can help assess the most cost-efficient option based on your company’s budget.
