Donelson’s appointment marks another key addition to Lockton’s newly established Canadian retail business, following the recent appointments of Chief Executive Officer Stéphane Lespérance and Managing Director Fiona Terry.
Lockton’s unique global solutions model places deep advisory knowledge directly within the brokerage, enabling Donelson’s team of global advisors to collaborate directly with domestic retail teams to design and execute highly tailored cross-border programs. In this role, Donelson will build an in-house international advisory team dedicated to supporting Canadian-headquartered organizations operating globally.
Donelson's extensive experience in senior client relationship roles on the carrier side offers a natural, strategic complement to her new advisory role at Lockton. By bringing a deep, firsthand understanding of insurer operations to the brokerage, she is uniquely positioned to help clients manage their global exposures.
