To ensure clients receive bespoke risk solutions, Lockton structures its teams to meet the unique complexity of each account. Under this framework, Victorine Lowin and Emilio McIntyre will lead complex, large-scale risk management programs, supported by account managers Davide Pecoraro and Abdalla Ajami. Aswath Ramasubramanian and Deqa Duale will direct tailored strategies for middle-market accounts. Additionally, Shameen Teama will serve as the Enterprise Solutions Leader, driving technology-enabled efficiency and consistent service delivery for streamlined, high-volume accounts.

Most recently serving as an Assistant Vice President of commercial experience at a major global brokerage, she brings valuable digital automation insights from her time in the technology sector, allowing her to bridge the gap between traditional operations and innovative, tech-driven risk solutions.
