Lockton, in partnership with Bayes Business School (City St George’s, University of London), has opened applications for the 2026 Wael Khatib Scholarship.
Established in 2022, the scholarship honours the legacy of Wael Khatib, Lockton’s founder in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), and his commitment to education and developing future talent within the insurance industry.
The scholarship is open to individuals from the MENA region who are looking to build careers in insurance and risk management.
What the scholarship offers
The Wael Khatib Scholarship provides:
Full tuition fee coverage for the MSc Insurance and Risk Management programme at Bayes Business School
Access to academic teaching and industry insight
The opportunity to develop skills and knowledge within the insurance sector
Who can apply
Applications are open to individuals from the MENA region who:
Demonstrate strong academic achievement
Aspire to build a career in insurance and risk management
Have applied for, or intend to apply for, the MSc Insurance and Risk Management programme at Bayes Business School
Would benefit from financial support to pursue postgraduate study
