At the heart of Lockton’s construction practice is one primary goal: to provide comprehensive insurance solutions to owners and developers for even the most complex projects.

For more than 30 years, our team have helped protect developers and owners’ interests in some of the most high-profile projects in the UK. We have supported the transformative Spinningfields scheme in Manchester, the landmark regeneration of Battersea Power Station, and the creation of the tallest building in the City of London – to name but a few.

Along the way, we have forged a reputation for being passionate advocates, supporting our clients tirelessly as they change the face of the UK’s real estate landscape. Central to our service proposition is our deep understanding of the development industry and the complex risks that owners and developers face.
