    Proactive claims support

    Without good preparation and clear understanding, the claims process can often prove to be frustrating and can lead to delays. We look to advise and prepare our clients properly from the outset, delivering pre-loss guidance. In the event of a claim we are there throughout, liaising and negotiating with all parties until settlement. We can then review lessons learned, implementing policy improvements at next renewal where necessary.


    Crucial to ensuring as smooth a process as possible:

    • We can provide presentations on how to be better prepared in the event of a loss, evidence and information gathering, dealing with loss adjusters and the claims process as a whole

    • Guidance on the appropriate loss adjusters to be included within the policy

    • A workshop on loss scenarios to test the coverage available under the policy

    In the event of a claim

    • Reporting to insurers

    • Liaison with appointed experts (loss adjuster, consultants, etc)

    • Full claims advocacy, including coverage review and analysis and suitable recommendations
