David joined Lockton in 2022 as Senior Vice President in the Transactional Risks department. He joined us from Dorsey & Whitney, where he acted as Special Counsel advising on cross-border and domestic M&A with a special focus on the insurance, technology and media sectors. Prior to that, David was an associate in the corporate team at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

Harry heads the UK Transactional Risks Practice having joined Lockton in January 2014. Before joining Lockton, he worked for a large M&A underwriter in both the US and the UK. Today, he advises clients on a wide range of transactions across multiple jurisdictions and sectors specialising in Warranty & Indemnity Insurance and other transactional risk related insurance products.

Neo leads the Lockton PECAP division and draws on 20 years of transactional and financial services expertise when tailoring insurance to his clients’ needs. He advises clients on Transactional and Contingent insurance, Professional Lines insurance, and Structured and Alternative Risks Transfer solutions. His experience includes structuring large soft capital solutions for financial institutions and accessing international markets in North America, Bermuda, Europe and Asia. Neo speaks Spanish.
Amy Hill

Amy joined Lockton in 2018 as a Junior Associate and is now an Assistant Vice President in the Transactional Risks team where she assists buyers, sellers and their advisors around the world, but with a key focus on the North West and Scotland with the placement of W&I Insurance, Tax Liability Insurance, Contingent Risk Insurance and Fund Wrapper Insurance. Amy graduated from The University of Manchester in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws.
Callum Henry

Callum joined Lockton in 2021, as a Paralegal in the Transactional Risks department. He joins us as a LPC graduate from the University of Law. Before joining Lockton, Callum completed his LLB Law degree whilst working as a legal advisor for small claims.
Celina Lighton

For the last five years, Celina has worked alongside Private Equity, Infrastructure and Energy investors and advisers, helping them to de-risk their transactions and portfolio companies through using insurance. Celina has built a 300-strong network for women in Private Equity, and regularly hosts events in this space and more widely. Prior to joining Lockton, Celina worked in investment sales at Aviva Investors and the Financial Times.
Eric Patel

Eric joined Lockton in August of 2021. Eric has worked as a commercial litigation lawyer and later was an M&A underwriter with Berkley Transactional and Hamilton insurance in the United States. Eric is a U.S. qualified lawyer who assists clients on a wide range of transactions but primarily focuses on cross-border transactions assisting the global Lockton team.
Emily Chamberlain

Emily joined Lockton in July 2022. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2012, Emily formerly worked in private practice at international law firms, spending over five years in the corporate team at Pinsent Masons as a general M&A lawyer before moving to Latham & Watkins where she focussed on transactional due diligence. Emily is based in Manchester.
Freddy Drummond-Brady

Freddy joined Lockton to July 2022 as a Vice President helping to deliver growth to the Private Equity business Europe. Freddy has over 10 years experience working within global businesses with a focus on developing teams and client delivery. Prior to Lockton he spent four years within the Capital Markets business at Citigroup and as a Product Manager at both Tesco and Ocado Technology. Prior to his career in the corporate world, Freddy was a Captain in the Irish Guards.
George Apperly

George joined the UK Transactional Risks Practice at Lockton in January 2015. Before joining Lockton, he helped start the Transactional Risks practice at another broking firm in London. Today, he advises clients across Real Estate, Private Equity, Corporates, Infrastructure and Secondaries investors helping them utilise insurance products to protect their transactions, operations and assets.
Giovanni Colistra

Giovanni joined Lockton in October 2019, after a secondment within the Global Professional & Financial Risks division. Previously he graduated from Roma Tre University with an experimental and published dissertation on “ How to withdraw from EU: the Brexit case”, obtaining his Master Degree in Law. Since then, Giovanni has led a wide range of cross-border transactions advising clients on a wide range of sectors, notably in Continental Europe with a focus in Italy, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands. Giovanni speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
Iza Gnieciecka

Iza joined Lockton in July 2021 from Eversheds Sutherland London where she was responsible for building a global corporate reorganisations practice and legal project management function. Before that she worked as a corporate reorganisation lawyer in the London and Warsaw offices of Baker & McKenzie, specialising in the healthcare and life science sector. Iza is a qualified Polish barrister, and she advises clients on a wide range of transactions, notably in Germany and CEE but also cross-border ones.
