Ross joined Lockton in 2022 as Senior Vice President in the Transactional Risks department. Ross spent 9 years at Shell where he acted as Senior Legal Counsel and led strategic M&A deals. Ross has extensive Energy experience, working across a breadth of specialisms including Trading, Projects, Infrastructure and Shipping, across both Upstream and Downstream sectors. Prior to Shell, Ross was an associate in the corporate team at Fieldfisher.

Harry heads the UK Transactional Risks Practice having joined Lockton in January 2014. Before joining Lockton, he worked for a large M&A underwriter in both the US and the UK. Today, he advises clients on a wide range of transactions across multiple jurisdictions and sectors specialising in Warranty & Indemnity Insurance and other transactional risk related insurance products.

His experience includes structuring large soft capital solutions for financial institutions and accessing international markets in North America,
Bermuda, Europe and Asia. Neo speaks Spanish.

For the last five years, Celina has worked alongside Private Equity, Infrastructure and Energy investors and advisers, helping them to de-risk their transactions and portfolio companies through using insurance. Celina has built a 300-strong network for women in Private Equity, and regularly hosts events in this space and more widely. Prior to joining Lockton, Celina worked in investment sales at Aviva Investors and the Financial Times.

George joined the UK Transactional Risks Practice at Lockton in January 2015. Before joining Lockton, he helped start the Transactional Risks practice at another broking firm in London. Today, he advises clients across Real Estate, Private Equity, Corporates, Infrastructure and Secondaries investors helping them utilise insurance products to protect their transactions, operations and assets.
Iza Gnieciecka

Iza joined Lockton in July 2021 from Eversheds Sutherland London where she was responsible for building a global corporate reorganisations practice and legal project management function. Before that she worked as a corporate reorganisation lawyer in the London and Warsaw offices of Baker & McKenzie, specialising in the healthcare and life science sector. Iza is a qualified Polish barrister, and she advises clients on a wide range of transactions, notably in Germany and CEE but also cross-border ones.
Jarrod Morgan-Evens

Jarrod joined Lockton in 2022 as Vice President in the Transactional Risks department. He joins us from Lloyd’s Register, where he acted as Legal Counsel advising on corporate matters, with a focus on M&A across the group. Prior to joining Lloyd’s Register, Jarrod acted as Legal Counsel for SSP Group Plc, and was an associate in private practice in London and South Africa specialising in transactional services. Jarrod is a dual qualified lawyer, admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales, and as an Attorney in South Africa.

"Kenny joined Lockton in January 2024 as a Vice President on the Energy & Infrastructure Transactions Risks team. He joined from Mazars where he was a Business Development Manager on their Energy, Infrastructure and Environment team for 4 years in Sydney then London. Prior to Mazars, he worked for Acuris (now Ion Group) in Sydney, as a relationship manager on their Inframation and SparkSpread platform, providing infrastructure, power and renewables professionals with actionable data and analytics. Kenny brings to Lockton a solid professional network developed over his 6-year in the Energy & Infrastructure space in Australia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has a B.Com (Business Law) from Curtin University, Australia, a Grad.Dip (Taxation) also from Curtin University, and an MBA (Finance) from Australian Institute of Business.
