Kevin has 20 years’ experience in the UK insurance market and leads our Due Diligence Practice. Kevin began his career as a Lloyds placing broker before moving into general insurance. For the past 10 years, Kevin has worked with Private Equity clients across the globe, advising them on their own risks and those associated with their investments. As a Partner of Lockton, Kevin has personally led over 200 transactions in the past 24 months including £bn+ international projects and UK VC investments.

Dan joined Lockton in 2018, initially working in a hybrid capacity between our Corporate and Insurance Due Diligence teams. Following the growth of the Due Diligence team, Dan transitioned into the team as a full-time Project Manager, assisting buyers and sellers of businesses worldwide with pre-deal insurance due diligence. Prior to joining Lockton, Dan worked for another large multinational insurance brokerage.

George joined the UK Transactional Risks Practice at Lockton in January 2015. Before joining Lockton, he helped start the Transactional Risks practice at another broking firm in London. Today, he advises clients across Real Estate, Private Equity, Corporates, Infrastructure and Secondaries investors helping them utilise insurance products to protect their transactions, operations and assets.

Paul joined Lockton in February 2022 as a Project Manager in the Insurance Due Diligence team assisting buyers and sellers of businesses worldwide with pre-deal insurance due diligence. Before joining Lockton, Paul has worked for national and multinational insurance brokers during the past 20 years. In 2006, he acheived ACII qualification.

Laura is an experienced, technical due diligence professional specialising in M&A with a focus on providing impartial advice in assisting deal execution and post-acquisition implementation. Laura previously held positions at Marsh JLT and more recently as Head of M&A at Partners&. She holds a Law degree and is studying her DIP CII.

Michael joined Lockton in December 2022 as part of the Insurance Due Diligence team providing due diligence reports to private equity firms and lenders. Previously to joining Lockton, Michael graduated with a Masters in Public International Law.
