Lockton, the world’s largest privately-owned insurance broker, has been named the ‘Best Insurance Service Provider’ by Private Equity Wire at its 2023 European Awards. The awards recognise excellence among private equity fund managers and service providers in Europe across a wide range of categories.

Firms were nominated based on a widespread survey of more than 100 GPs and other key industry participants. Voting was conducted via an online poll of the entire Private Equity Wire userbase, with winners announced at a ceremony at the Reform Club in London on 8 March.

The same survey ranked Lockton as one of the insurance sector’s top five best companies for work for. In addition, Lockton was given a Three Star Accreditation, the highest rating, representing “world class levels of workplace engagement” with its associates.
