Lockton has also been shortlisted for two Awards: Chief People Officer, Martyn Worsley, as HR Diversity Champion of the Year and our Associate Resource Group for under 35s, Ignite, as Outstanding Employee Network of the Year.
Martyn has led a transformative DEI journey across Lockton, reshaping it from a traditional HR-led initiative into a core business priority embedded into every facet of Lockton’s culture.
Ignite’s mission is to engage and support early-career professionals, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds. Ignite has led mentorship programmes, educational sessions, graduate events and community engagement, such as mentoring in prisons.
We wish the best of luck to all the finalists.
