Terms and Conditions

The Competition

1. Participation in the Lockton | Ageing Australia SA State Conference 2026 | Win a reMarkable 2 Paper Tablet Competition or 1 of 4 YETI Water Bottles Competition (“Competition”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

2. Information regarding how to enter and details of the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.

3. By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Only entries that comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed valid.

5. This Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

Promoter

6. The Promoter is Lockton Companies Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 85 114 565 785, AFSL 291 954) of Level 18, 45 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter” or “Lockton Companies Australia”).

Competition Period

7. The Competition commences at 8:00am (AEST) on Tuesday 16 June 2026 and closes at 10:50am (AEST) on Wednesday 17 June 2026 (“Competition Period”).

Eligibility

8. Entry is open to individuals who:

a. are delegates attending the National Retirement Living Summit 2026 (“the Summit”) at The Star Brisbane;

b. are aged 18 years or older; and

c. are not Ineligible Entrants (as defined below) (“Eligible Entrants”).

Ineligible Entrants

9. The following are ineligible to enter the Competition:

a. individuals under the age of 18;

b. directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter, and its related bodies corporate, agencies or any organisation associated with the Competition; and

c. immediate family members of any person listed in clause 9 (b).

How to Enter

10. To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period:

a. complete and submit the online entry form, providing their first name, last name, business email address, marketing consent (optional) and contact phone number.

11. Only one (1) entry is permitted per Eligible Entrant.

Draws and Winners Notification

12. Four (4) minor prize draws will take place at the following times during the Summit:

Tuesday 16 June 2026

• 11:20am (during the morning tea break);

• 1:45pm (during the lunch break); and

• 3:25pm (during the afternoon tea break)

Wednesday 17 June 2026

• 11:00am (during the morning tea break);

13. One (1) major prize draw will take place at 11:00am (during the morning tea break) on Wednesday 17 June 2026.

14. All prize draws will take place at the Promoter’s office at Level 18, 45 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

15. All winners will be selected at random using a computer-generated random number system.

16. Each of the winners will be announced immediately after each prize draw by a Lockton delegate at the Lockton Lolly Buffet at the Summit.

17. If the winners are unable to be contacted at the Summit, they will be contacted via phone call on the phone number provided at the time of entry. If contact is unsuccessful, the Promoter will attempt to notify the winner via email or SMS.

16. The winner’s first name, last name, and organisation name will be published on the Competition landing page following the draw.

Prize Delivery

17. The prizes consists of:

a. Four (4) minor prizes: YETI one-litre aluminium water bottles (RRP $66 each), or

b. One (1) major prize: a reMarkable 2 10.3" Paper Tablet with Marker Plus and Premium Leather Book Folio (RRP $699)

c. Total prize pool value: AUD $963.00

18. The prize will be delivered to the winners either:

a. in person at the Conference; or

b. by mail, should the winner be unable to collect the prize at the event.

19. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Unclaimed Prize

20. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact and locate the winners.

21. If a prize remains unclaimed one (1) month after the conclusion of the Competition Period, a redraw will be conducted, and a new winner will be selected. The original winner forfeits all rights to the prize.

Privacy

22. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice, available at https://global.lockton.com/privacy-notice (opens a new window).

23. Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and distributing the prize unless consent is otherwise provided.

General

24. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Competition at any time without notice.

25. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

26. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
