Lockton Australia Client Director, Vinh Ngo, has been named a “rising star” by Insurance Business.
The annual list shines a spotlight on passionate, young insurance professionals committed to hitting milestones for themselves and their clients and colleagues.
Professionals from across the Australian insurance industry nominated exceptional young talent who display a clear passion for the industry. After reviewing all nominations, Insurance Business narrowed the list down to just 45.
Commenting on the announcement, Mr Ngo thanked all past and current colleagues, manager and mentors and said it felt great to be recognised.
“I have always tried to align myself with strong leaders and mentors who I can continue to learn from.”
“Being adaptable, having a growth mindset and constantly challenging yourself will tend to open up new opportunities,” he added.
On working in the insurance industry, Ngo said every day is different, “Apart from managing and providing specialised risk and insurance solutions for clients, a large part of what I do is building and nurturing meaningful relationships, which I really enjoy.”
