Dean's unique leadership, experience and capabilities across Accident and Health, and Life Insurance markets brings a unique perspective to employee benefits programs. Dean joins Lockton today having most recently held the position of Divisional Manager, Employee Health and Benefits at Mercer Marsh Benefits. Dean joins Lockton with over 20 years’ experience in helping employers create, design and implement bespoke employee benefits programs.
Dean’s appointment elevates Lockton’s capabilities with our national and multinational clients, ensuring that employee benefits programs provide employees with access to the very best products and services that contribute positively to both individuals' and organisations' wellbeing in the time of need.
Dean will be joined by Justin Bell (Sydney, NSW) and Kerry Kostevski (Brisbane, QLD) from Mercer Marsh Benefits in late October to create a market-leading Employee Benefits team.
