Lockton has announced four new appointments to its Care, Community and Education (CC&E) practice, continuing its investment in a specialty that plays a vital role in the firm’s Pacific growth strategy.

Paula Raudino has been appointed Head of Care, Community and Education, taking on national leadership of the practice. She brings more than 20 years of experience across Health, Aged Care, Life Sciences, Faith, Not‑for‑Profit and Education, with a background that spans both senior leadership roles and hands‑on sector work.

Ms Raudino joins several recent additions to Lockton’s CC&E team, including Client Managers Karen Nash and Feisy Kerr, and Senior Associate Ryan Gadd, all of whom have joined the business over the past few months.

Together, these appointments significantly enhance the depth, capability and specialist strength of Lockton’s CC&E offering.

Ian Maybury, General Manager – Industry Specialties, said the appointments reflected Lockton’s long‑term commitment to the CC&E sector and its specialist‑led approach.

“Care, Community and Education has long been an important part of our Lockton Pacific growth strategy,” Mr Maybury said.

These appointments reflect our focus on building teams with deep industry experience and a strong understanding of the highly specific regulatory, operational and risk challenges faced by organisations operating in these sectors.

Ms Raudino said she was looking forward to building on the work already underway within the practice.

“I’m delighted to be joining Lockton and to be leading the Care, Community and Education practice,” she said.

“Lockton has built a market-leading practice over many years, driven by a team of industry specialists who are extremely passionate about these sectors and the organisations that serve their communities.”

“I’m looking forward to building on that foundation and supporting the next stage of growth for the practice.”

Together, the appointments strengthen Lockton’s CC&E capability as the practice continues to expand.
