Codes of Practice

Lockton Companies Australia Pty Ltd is a member of the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia (NIBA). As such, we are bound by the terms of the Insurance Brokers Code of Practice (the Code), the latest version of which can viewed here (opens a new window).

The Code ensures high standards of customer service, as well as transparent complaints and compliance procedures. Binding sanction are imposed for any breach of the Code, which are monitored by the Insurance Brokers Code Compliance Committee (IBCCC).

The purpose of the Code is to promote transparent and informative relationships between members of the insurance industry and customers.
