26 February 2026 - Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance broker, has welcomed Euan Nicolson to a newly created role to drive business generation and client service across the UK and European energy sector, with a special focus on Italy.
He starts on 1 April as a Senior Client Adviser and will be responsible for implementing growth strategies in the high-potential energy and power sector. His role will cover clients across the region, but he will have a sharp focus on the Italian market, building on a number of recent senior hires in Italy by Lockton P.L. Ferrari.
Euan has more than 40 years of industry experience and his most recent role was Chief Commercial Officer of Aon’s Global Energy & Natural Resources practice. He spent 15 years with Aon, where he held several leadership positions focused on the energy market. He has also previously worked with Marsh and Sedgwick.
