Risk management case studies

We have produced a series of case studies designed to focus on some errors and omissions that can lead to complaints or claims against law firms.

Dealing with a claim can be time consuming and potentially costly. Our risk management team have developed these fictitious case studies to help you focus on your practices and procedures to mitigate risk wherever possible.

Each case study highlights a different risk management ‘pain point’ and includes valuable risk insights and tips for how to manage these familiar scenarios. Using the case studies, we aim to help you think about the risk management policies and processes in your own firm, and whether there are any steps you could take to improve them.

If you have any questions or comments arising from the case studies, please contact Matthew Thomson (opens a new window) or Anna Forsyth (opens a new window).
