London, February 4th 2025 – Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance broker, has appointed Mark Jones as its new International Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.  Mark has over two decades of financial leadership experience in the global insurance brokerage sector. He joins Lockton from Marsh, where he was CFO for Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) and CFO for Marsh Specialty and Global Placement. His responsibilities included driving strategic initiatives and enhancing reporting capabilities. As International CFO, Mark will actively contribute to Lockton’s growth strategy across five regions: Europe, MENA, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. He will focus on investment opportunities and oversee strong financial management to support client priorities and new products and services. I look forward to working with the team to expand and improve what we can do for clients.” Mark’s career journey began at PwC, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked for 12 years, specialising in financial services. He subsequently joined Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT), where he held senior finance leadership roles, including Deputy Group Finance Director and CFO for JLT Specialty. Following Marsh’s acquisition of JLT in 2019, Mark served as CFO for Marsh Specialty and Global Placement and later Mercer Marsh Benefits.

Lockton appoints Mark Jones as International Chief Financial Officer

London, November 19th – Lockton Companies, the world’s largest independent insurance broker, today announces the appointment of Mark Drummond-Brady to the Board of Lockton International as Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.  Drummond-Brady brings over 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry. He initially joined Lockton International in 2023 and will retain his role as Adviser to the Senior Leadership Team, which has seen him contribute to Lockton International’s strategic aims. Drummond-Brady’s new position will deepen his involvement in key areas of global strategic development. Lockton International has achieved market-leading organic growth over the past five years, driven by a client-centric focus and commitment to service excellence. To sustain this, Lockton will invest in key new geographies, such as India, and in developing new products and services to best meet the needs of clients. Mark will support Lockton International in building on this success, using his experience leading international networks and global teams.  Before joining Lockton, Drummond-Brady was appointed to various senior leadership positions during his time at Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT), including Deputy Group CEO in 2011, as well as CEO of Latin America and Chairman of Canada in 2014. Following JLT’s acquisition in 2019, Drummond-Brady was appointed Vice Chairman at Marsh, a role he held until retiring in 2022. At JLT, Drummond-Brady was instrumental in maintaining relationships with insurers at a global level, as International Chairman for Risk & Insurance. He was responsible for co-ordinating the firm’s international businesses, leading the development of JLT’s international network, building start-ups in Dubai, South Africa and Brazil and creating international partnerships in Latin America, the Middle East and Continental Europe. Lockton appoints Mark Drummond-Brady as Non-Executive Director of Lockton International

Lockton, the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage firm, is pleased to announce that it has received regulatory approval to operate a reinsurance brokerage business in Colombia. “Lockton’s continued growth in Latin America is bolstered by this expansion of our capabilities in Colombia,” said Andrew Perry, CEO of Lockton Latin America & Caribbean. “We are committed to building out the Lockton platform to best meet client needs and attract the best industry talent as we grow.” The team will be led by Juan Pablo Uribe and supported by Luisa Senior, and Daniela Alvarado, who joined Lockton earlier this year.
