Lockton is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Leung as SVP, Business Development, to its People Solutions team in Hong Kong. Her appointment reflects Lockton’s continued investment in strengthening its People Solutions capabilities and accelerating growth in the market.
Joe brings more than 15 years of experience across the insurance, employee benefits and healthcare sectors, with expertise spanning claims management, client servicing, consulting, corporate risk advisory, business development and sales leadership. Most recently, she served as Head of Business Development at Bupa Asia, where she led growth initiatives, developed strategic partnerships and supported corporate clients in navigating increasingly complex healthcare and employee benefits challenges. She has also held senior roles within global insurance brokers and leading insurers, working with multinational and local clients across a broad range of industries.
In her new role, Joe will help drive the continued growth of Lockton’s People Solutions business in Hong Kong, deepen insurer and intermediary relationships, and expand strategic client partnerships, to support organizations as they navigate an increasingly complex healthcare, wellbeing and workforce benefits landscape.
