Lockton gains UK-wide recognition as one of the best places to work

Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance broker, has been named as one of the 50 best large companies to work for in 2022.

Lockton has also ranked in Insurance’s top 5 best companies for work for, according to Best Companies, the research agency that for several years has supplied data for the Sunday Times for its annual ‘Best Companies to Work For’ survey.

In addition, Lockton has been given a Three Star Accreditation, which is the highest standard of workplace engagement, representing organisations that truly excel. The accreditation reflects “world class levels of workplace engagement” with its Associates.

Lockton has also achieved regional accreditation, placing in the top 50 best large companies to work for in London, top 5 best companies to work for in Northern Ireland, top 10 for Scotland, top 50 for the West Midlands, top 25 for the South West and top 75 for the North West.

The Best Companies Group identifies the leading employers by conducting a confidential survey within each company to measure engagement and satisfaction of employees. The survey uses the responses to generate a Best Companies Index (BCI) score measuring overall engagement, benchmarking this against other companies.
