Her expertise covers talent acquisition, HR transformation, organizational development, change management, and strategic workforce planning. She has a proven ability to establish HR frameworks from inception, scale them for growth, and drive cultural transformation. Neha’s skills in performance management, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives have earned her several prestigious awards, including the India 50 Best HR Leaders Award (2021) and recognition as a 40 Under 40 honoree by *WAH Story* for her inspiring journey.
