Lockton is pleased to announce the appointments of Subhash Chandra as Head of Life & Health Reinsurance – People Solutions, Asia, and Julian Park as Head of People Solutions, South Korea. These strategic hires reinforce Lockton’s continued investment in enhancing its People Solutions expertise across the region.
Effective 9 February 2026, Subhash Chandra joins Lockton as Head of Life & Health Reinsurance – People Solutions, Asia, based in Singapore, reporting to Cedric Luah, Head of People Solutions – Asia.
In this role, Subhash will lead the development of Lockton’s Life & Health Reinsurance offering in Asia, partnering with insurers across the region to deliver strategic advisory, facultative solutions, and tailored reinsurance structures that support evolving market dynamics and client needs.
Subhash brings over 18 years of Life & Health reinsurance experience across Asia, having held senior roles at Munich Re, Aon Reinsurance Solutions, and Pacific Life Re, where he advised insurers and reinsurers on product, risk, and portfolio strategies.
Working closely with Lockton’s placement teams and regional leadership, he will play a key role in advancing Lockton’s Life & Health proposition, strengthening insurer and reinsurer partnerships, and delivering thoughtful, effective solutions to clients across the region.
Lockton also welcomes Julian Park as Head of People Solutions, South Korea, effective 9 February 2026. Based in Seoul, Julian joins both the South Korea Management Team and the Asia People Solutions Leadership Team, reporting to Ben Son, CEO of Korea, and Cedric Luah, Head of People Solutions – Asia.
Julian will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading Lockton’s People Solutions capability in South Korea, partnering with regional specialists to deliver Lockton’s full suite of people‑related solutions to clients. He will also advise local leadership across a wide range of HR and talent matters, leveraging his extensive expertise in the Korean market.
He brings a strong track record across consulting and HR leadership, having served as Head of Health Solutions at Aon Korea, Head of Human Resources at Marsh and Aon, and in senior HR roles at Oracle. His experience covers M&A, change management, organizational development, HR transformation, rewards strategy, and providing health and risk solutions to clients navigating Korea’s complex labor landscape.
With his growth‑oriented mindset and deep industry relationships, Julian will be instrumental in shaping a high‑performing People Solutions team in Korea, strengthening Lockton’s presence in this key market as the business continues to expand.
