Lockton has appointed Fen Ngai as Vice President, Regional Operations - Asia, effective 2 November. Reporting to Philip Corrigan, Regional Chief Operating Officer – Asia, Fen will work closely with business and functional leaders across Asia to drive operational excellence, transformation initiatives and scalable growth across the region.
In this newly created regional role, Fen will lead process reviews and transformation initiatives across broking and shared service functions. Her focus will include enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening ways of working and supporting the delivery of Lockton Asia's long-term growth ambitions.

Fen brings more than 15 years of experience in transformation, project management and operating model design across the insurance and financial services sectors. Most recently, she served as Regional Project Manager within Aon's Project Management Office, where she led a range of operational, technology, regulatory and transformation programs across Asia. Her experience includes target operating model initiatives, shared operations programs, business integration projects and process improvement efforts designed to help organizations scale and work more effectively.
Prior to Aon, Fen held transformation and project management roles at multinational insurance and financial services organizations, building expertise across change management, governance and operational excellence.
