Sandra Lee – Chief Growth Officer – Risk Solutions, Asia
Sandra Lee will join Lockton Asia as Chief Growth Officer – Risk Solutions, reporting to Tony Hardy, Asia CEO. In her new role, Sandra is responsible for driving growth across all risk lines and markets in the region. Her initial focus is on partnering with the Greater China leadership team to identify and capitalize on further growth opportunities.
Sandra brings over 22 years of experience in the legal, insurance brokerage, and risk management sectors, with a stellar track record of delivering strategic solutions and exceptional client service. Her career spans senior leadership roles in Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as legal and risk advisory positions across Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Paris. Together, these roles have given her extensive international experience and deep local market knowledge.
Sandra joins Lockton with an initial core team that forms the foundation of the new Emerging Risks Team in Asia. This team, consisting of Sam Suen (Managing Director – Emerging Risks, Asia) and Mandy Lai (Senior Executive – Emerging Risks, Asia), will focus on addressing emerging risk challenges and opportunities for Lockton’s clients across the region.

Yuman Chan – Chief Growth Officer – People Solutions, Asia
Yuman Chan will join Lockton as Chief Growth Officer – People Solutions, Asia, reporting to Cedric Luah, Head of People Solutions, Asia. In this role, Yuman will drive growth in line with the People Solutions (PS) investment plan and oversee all North Asia markets, including the Greater China region, Japan, and South Korea.
With nearly three decades of experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, Yuman has a proven track record of delivering business growth, innovation, and customer-centric solutions. His leadership roles at organizations such as BUPA, AIA, and Cigna have honed his expertise in strategy development, team building, and operational transformation.
