We are pleased to announce the appointment of Li Lin Kea as Head of Cargo & Logistics, Regional Transportation - Asia, effective 8 January 2026. Based in Singapore and reporting to Sung Wook Han, Head of Marine & Transportation - Asia, Li Lin will be responsible for formulating and implementing growth strategy for cargo and logistics business in the region and lead a centre of excellence team to support Lockton’s offices across Asia.
With over 15 years of experience in Marine insurance, Li Lin brings a strong track record of delivering sustainable growth through winning and structuring large, complex multinational programmes. Her core expertise spans Marine Cargo, Stock Throughput and Logistics Liability, working closely with clients to develop practical, tailored insurance solutions across diverse industries.
Li Lin joins Lockton from Aon, where she most recently served as Head of Marine, Singapore, overseeing all Marine lines in Singapore. During her tenure at Aon, Li Lin played a key role in building and growing the Singapore Cargo retail business. In addition, she worked closely with local teams across Asia on the structuring and placement of Cargo and Logistics insurance programmes.
Li Lin holds an MSc in Insurance and Risk Management from Cass Business School (now Bayes Business School), University of London, and professional qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK.
In her new role, Li Lin will focus on driving growth, fostering client relationships, and delivering innovative Cargo and Logistics insurance solutions across Asia. Her deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to the Lockton team.
