Lockton is proud to announce the promotion of Cindy Khoo to Head of Marine & Offshore, Regional Transportation - Asia, based in Singapore. Since joining Lockton in March 2025 as Head of Business Development, Cindy has played a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Marine and Offshore Energy business across Singapore and wider Asia and strengthening our presence in this critical sector.
In her new role, Cindy will report directly to Sung Wook Han, Head of Marine & Transportation – Asia, and lead our specialized Hull and P&I teams based in Singapore and will support offices across the region to drive the growth of our Marine and Offshore risks business.
Cindy’s promotion reflects her exceptional contributions, leadership, and dedication to Lockton’s clients and teams. Her expertise and strategic approach will undoubtedly propel the growth of our Marine and Offshore business in the region.
