LONDON, January 24th, 2025 – Lockton Re, the reinsurance business of the world’s largest privately held independent insurance broker, is pleased to announce that Theo Norris has joined Lockton Re Capital Markets to be the UK Capital Markets Structuring and Cyber ILS Leader and will be based in the London office working closely with Lockton Re’s global Broking and Cyber teams.
Norris joins Lockton Re from Gallagher Re, where he most recently served as Head of Cyber Insurance-Linked Securities. Prior to this, he was Assistant Vice President at Aon Securities. He is a CFA charter holder and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
