New Roles Support Lockton Re's Expanded Client and Capabilities Portfolios  NEW YORK, JANUARY 9th, 2026—Lockton Re, the reinsurance business of the world’s largest privately held independent insurance broker, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Bisset as CEO, North America, and Nick Durant as Global Vice Chairman. Both roles come into effect from February 1st this year. Tim Gardner, Global CEO, Lockton Re, said “These leadership changes position us well for an exceptional 2026, and many more years to come, supporting Lockton Re’s strategic ambitions as we scale both our North American business, and International business, which remains under the leadership of Keith Harrison, International CEO. Bob and Nick have been pivotal to the set-up of our business, and the growth we have achieved as a global platform to date. I’m excited for them to have the opportunity to expand their roles working with a broader number of clients, markets and colleagues as we maintain our focus on developing both the capabilities we offer and the number of clients we support. We continue to exceed our aspirations and have grown to more than 500 colleagues in 23 locations around the globe. These appointments signal a new phase of growth and success for Lockton Re.” Bringing three decades of industry expertise and experience of working in the US, Sydney, Bermuda and London, Bisset joined Lockton Re in 2021 as Chairman, Global Retrocession & Property Specialty, Bermuda and Market Capital, as well as a member of the Lockton Re Global Executive Committee. He has built out all of these areas, supporting the launch of new practices and capabilities. Bisset will continue to foster his current connections across North America and throughout the global marketplace to support the next phase of development for Lockton Re in North America. Durant was part of the small founding group that launched Lockton Re in North America in 2019, bringing experience in sales, client segments and product specialties. Joining as CEO, North America, and a member of the Global Executive Committee, welcoming over 200 colleagues and opening 11 offices in the region from a standing start, in the last six years. In this new role as Global Vice Chairman, Durant will focus on capital solutions, global account growth, and the development of emerging global segments. Lockton Re Appoints Robert Bisset CEO, North America, and Nick Durant Global Vice Chairman 

LONDON, DECEMBER 17th 2025 - Lockton Re, the reinsurance business of the world’s largest privately held independent insurance broker, is pleased to announce the launch of a new division – London North America Portfolio Solutions (LNAPS) – led by recognised industry leader – Henrietta Butcher.  Keith Harrison, International CEO, Lockton Re, said “Lockton Re International already has a significant delegated authority (Binders) account for Specialty and European/International based MGAs, as well as a wider Portfolios business across all lines, that includes Lloyd’s and London Market Consortia, North American Binders and hybrid/fronted reinsurance transactions for MGAs. Our new LNAPS Division will specifically expand our capabilities and focus on North American based MGA clients to secure capacity from London and Internationally based carriers. This expansion will dovetail perfectly with Lockton Re’s Portfolio Solutions operation in the USA that works to secure capacity predominantly from North American based carriers.”  Henrietta, previously a Managing Director at Tysers, starting her career there in 1991, is joined by Senior Brokers - David Soper, Richard Hodge, Henry Spratt, Paul Long, Laura Weir and Charlie Butcher - as well as a dynamic group of other Brokers and servicing professionals. Henrietta Butcher Joins Lockton Re to Lead London North America Portfolio Solutions Division

PARIS, December 15th 2025 - Lockton Re, the reinsurance business of the world’s largest privately held independent insurance broker, has appointed Médéric Borde in Paris to lead a new European Practice focused on the Reinsurance Life market.  Keith Harrison, International CEO, Lockton Re, said, “We opened our Paris office in April this year under the leadership of the highly regarded and experienced trio of Michel Fontaine as CEO, Jean-Francois Delon as Chairman, and Fabien Ramaharobandro as Chief Technical Officer and have attracted a very strong and talented group of professionals from across the French broking market creating a team that now numbers 11 brokers and analytics professionals focused on Specialty and P&C lines. Mederic will be our 12th team member in Paris and will head our new life reinsurance business across Europe and also brings great expertise in the Capital Management space.” Borde brings extensive experience from roles at KPMG, Towers Watson and MACIF and most recently Onepoint where he was a Partner.
