The current Managing Director has 30 years experience in the insurance industry. Having started as a claims and Personal lines clerk/underwriter and working her way up to Board Member and Operations Manager with her previous employer is a clear indication that she is familiar with all players in the industry from our competitors to underwriters. In 2006 , her previous employers decided to cease their operations in Lesotho and Thaba-Bosiu Risk Solutions opened its doors to business through a management buy out.
