Caroline Rowlands Appointed Head of Transaction Liability for EMEA

Rowlands is a UK-qualified solicitor who began her career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, training across London and Paris before moving into the TL market in 2015. “Caroline has been one of the leading figures in the TL market for more than a decade and brings unrivaled experience building and leading teams across multiple jurisdictions. Her technical expertise, market credibility, and understanding of what clients need at critical moments in a transaction will be invaluable as we continue to accelerate our growth across EMEA and strengthen our global platform.”
